According to court documents, the SEC has filed an appeal opening statement against Ripple. Yesterday, it was reported that the US SEC appears to be moving forward with a series of enforcement cases it is currently hearing in court. Ripple Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty wrote to X that the SEC will not delay filing briefs as part of its appeal against Ripple's judgment.
